The(Sacramento) Little Miss Capital City Annual Invitation Only Tea Party marks the start of this years' Girls Self-Esteem Program and Little Miss Capital City Registration. All guests must receive an invitation to attend, and will be contacted with time and location. Due to limited space in this years' Girls Self-Esteem Academy parents are asked to pre-register for admission consideration. Sessions begin April 17th and conclude July 10, 2010 with graduation.
